Before taking to the stage to perform, the 26-year-old singer stole the spotlight in an eye-catching lemon dress that showed off her svelte figure.
The blonde bombshell appeared to go braless at the charity bash as the bright number featured a plunging, cut-out neckline which flaunted ample cleavage.
The All About Tonight hitmaker also drew plenty of attention to her lean pins as the floor-length gown had two dangerously high-cut splits on either side.

But the songstress didn’t seem to mind the risk of suffering a wardrobe malfunction as she continued to pose to photographers.
Finishing the stunning look, Pixie swept her blonde tresses into a low ponytail and added to her bronzed skin with nude lipstick and a touch of blusher.
The Voice Kids judge was joined at the event by Simon Cowell and partner Lauren Silverman who dazzled on the red carpet.
Simon, 57, wore his signature crisp white shirt which he matched with a pair of black trousers and held a navy blazer.

The charity bash was hosted by Simon to raise money for the UK’s most seriously ill and their families.
