Copycat! Pixie Lott wears sheer black gloves at the NTAs... similar to Amal Clooney at the Golden Globes
Pixie Lott wore a full-length gown with a full skirt in a monochrome scratchy print, with a fitted black bodice.
Style statement: Pixie Lott sashayed onto the red carpet at the National TV Awards in London on Wednesday evening in an eye-catching full-skirted gown and long, sheer gloves
It seems the Strictly Come Dancing star drew inspiration from Amal Clooney's Golden Globes red carpet aesthetic just a week and a half ago, when the British lawyer captivated everyone with her striking white gloves.
The wife of Hollywood star George Clooney looked a treat in her floor-length black gown at the Hollywood event, which contrasted perfectly against her clean, elbow-length gloves.
She was praised across the board for her chic accessorising, so it's no surprise some people wished to mimic her sartorial display.
Inspiration: It seems Pixie took style tips from Amal Clooney, who dazzled on the red carpet at the Golden Globes on January 11 with her long white gloves and black dress...
Look pretty in Pixie's moody print Alberta Ferretti dress
We’re used to seeing her in quirky outfits in garish shades by designers such as Moschino and Miu Miu, but Pixie tried something a little different at the NTA’s and it paid off a whole LOTT.
The pop princess channelled Amal Clooney with some black mesh embellished gloves, but put her own stamp on the red carpet look in a voluminous printed gown by Alberta Ferretti. She loves her Italian designers!
Plucked from Ferretti’s fall 2014 collection where nature played a huge prominence, this contemporary patchwork creation of metallic detailed panelling is a chic modern twist on the typical red carpet gown and it suits Pixie without making her look older than she is.
And the best part is that it’s available to buy in a shorter version from Stylebop for a now reduced £591, so click to the right to emulate Pixie’s style. A melancholy printed dress is one way to express our Brit feelings about the current weather, surely…
If you're after Pixie's look for a bit less, however, then we're pointing you in the direction of Coast (see below), where they're doing a fabulous lookalike for a now reduced £95. Style with an elegant black choker and metallic strappy heels for a vampy finish.

Sheer-ly not: The 24-year-old looked naturally gorgeous as she posed on the red carpet, and her gloves were grabbing attention
Details: Pixie matched the smattering of gold on her dress with a line of gold leaf down her hair parting.
The gloves came up to above her elbows and were rather transparent, making them appear more flesh-toned, and were decorated with dainty beads.
And, while her dress was slightly frumpy and dwarfed her petite, slender frame, it wasn't a complete disaster, with the skirt looking rather fetching in it's textured design with a touch of gold.
Perfect poise: The Strictly beauty went for full-on Hollywood glamour at the NTAs
It's a cinch: The Mama Do hitmaker showed off her slender shape with the bodice of the dress, but the skirt dwarfed her slightly
She also managed to show off her trim waist thanks to the black bodice, and her enviable decolletage.
The blonde star looked chic from the neck-up, her tresses slicked back in a truly 'of-the-moment' 'do, her hair parted to the side and pushed back off her face.
And she added another quirky touch, rocking gold leaf down her parting.
The pretty musician kept the rest of her look pared-down, wearing just a hint of natural make-up for the big night, which saw her take to the stage later on to perform for the audience.
She changed out of her full-on glamorous dress for her big moment in the spotlight, which she also shared with Scottish music icons The Proclaimers.
The Mama Do hitmaker donned a heavily fringed mid-length dress in gold, black and white metallic tones, giving her a 1920s flapper-girl feel.
Aside from the red carpet, the night was a huge success for many, with the likes of Danny Dyer, David Walliams and Alan Carr taking some of the top prizes at the prestigious ceremony.
And Ant & Dec won the Entertainment Presenter award for the 14th year in a row.
Meanwhile, TV programmes Downton Abbey and This Morning performed well, picking up the Drama and Daytime awards respectively.
And EastEnders was the big soap winner of the night, being named the Serial Drama of the year and fending off the stiff competition in one of the most tricky categories.
Danny Dyer had a good night too, winning the Serial Performance award, winning over his EastEnders co-star and on-screen wife Kellie Bright.
Adam Woodyatt also poignantly paid tribute to the Coronation Street cast as the EastEnders crowd picked up their Serial gong, following the death of long-term castmember Anne Kirkbride.
Referring to her character Deirdre Barlow's infamous prison stint back in 1998, he said: 'This is for Coronation Street and this is for the Weatherfield One'.
Earlier, the gracious star had said: 'Big thank you to Coronation Street. Without you there would be no Eastenders. Without you and without characters like Ken and Dierdre, we would not be here.'
Fun and flirty: Later in the evening, Pixie wowed the audience in a dress covered in metallic fringing
Singing star: She dazzled with her performance on the live show
New 'do: She had also pulled out her hairstyle a bit, the lengths of her locks looking fuller than her red carpet appearance
Double-act: She was joined on the stage for a rendition of I'm Gonna Be with The Proclaimers
