Stylish Pixie Lott switches up her style once again as she ditches pink tresses for glossy lilac locks in new Instagram snap

She's known for her changing style credentials, boasting a bold array of hair colours over the past few months.

And Pixie Lott proudly debuted her new lilac/grey tone locks in an Instagram post, which she uploaded on Thursday afternoon.

Ditching her trademark platinum blonde mane, the British songstress oozed glamour and sophistication as she smiled for the camera.

Her striking complexion was enhanced with lashings of black mascara, rose tinted cheeks and plush plump lips, while wearing her hair loose in stylish curls.

Pixie has previously sampled with bubblegum pink and bright blue dyes thanks to her brand new hair range, PAINT, a collaboration with Superdrug.

Last week, the 24-year-old was seen soaking up the glitz and the glamour of the Grand Prix in Abu Dhabi with boyfriend Oliver Cheshire.

Taking part in what looked to be a monochromatic dress code, the genetically-blessed duo showed off their toned bodies as they lounged in the sunshine alongside model Tyson Beckford.

'Good times... @tysoncbeckford,' the London-born fashion enthusiast captioned in a snap.

Meanwhile, the Strictly Come Dancing star will soon be gearing up to play Holly Golightly in Breakfast at Tiffany's in London's West End next year.

Pixie recently revealed that she is 'so excited' to take on the iconic part when her role was announced last June.

'I absolutely love Holly's style, and free spirit; she has always been an icon to me and I can't wait to bring my own personality to the role,' she said.

'Alongside music, I've always wanted to be in a play, and getting the opportunity to be in one of my all time favourites and play this fabulous character is a dream come true.'

Although best known as a chart-topping pop star, Pixie began studying at Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts at the age of 11, and, whilst she was there, appeared in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang at the London Palladium.

Breakfast at Tiffany's will mark her acting debut in a theatre play.

She had her trademark platinum blonde locks swept into a dramatic up-do on the red carpet on Monday night.

But it was a case of what a difference a day makes for style chameleon Pixie Lott, who unveiled an edgy new bubblegum pink hairstyle as she launched her brand new hair range, PAINT, at Superdrug on London's Oxford Street on Tuesday morning.

Switching up her look in a mere matter of hours, the 24-year-old singer's new candy-coloured hue suited her down to the ground and was worlds away from the somewhat brassy look she sported at the Pride Of Britain Awards.

Moving on from her uncharacteristic fashion fail at the red carpet event, the pop princess - real name Victoria Louise Lott - looked lovely as she showcased her slim figure in a black leather shift dress with a flirty skater hem.

Pixie added height to her frame with a pair of monochrome strappy sandals, which emphasised her toned and tanned pins to perfection.

Ensuring her new 'do took centre stage, the All About Tonight hitmaker kept her make-up simple with rose blush, natural lips and a sweep of winged eyeliner.

The star was her own range's biggest fan, telling her Instagram followers her new pink locks were the 'sorbet' colour from her own line.

She wrote: 'So excited to launch my wash out colours @pixielottpaint today. In stores from 5th October, for when you fancy mixing it up! This is sorbet.'

But this isn't the first-time the fashion-forward starlet has changed her look; last week she debuted a blue 'do at Wonderland magazine's 10th anniversary party at Drama nightclub on London's Park Lane.

Meanwhile, Pixie has had a busy year working on her upcoming fourth album in Los Angeles, following her previous three records Turn It Up, Young Foolish Happy and the self-titled, Pixie Lott.

And there'll be no rest for her in the coming months either, as the starlet is also gearing up for a 2016 run of Breakfast At Tiffany’s at the Theatre Royal Haymarket.

She will star as Holly Golightly for 12 weeks, starting in March, drawing on her musical theatre background as an Italia Conti Academy Of Theatre Arts alum.

Speaking recently to The Mirror, the star said: ‘I’m about to go to LA to finish up my next album, hopefully it will be out in spring next year. I’m really excited about it.

‘And I’m going to be starring in the play of Breakfast at Tiffany’s, it’s a dream role for me. I’ve always wanted to be in a play so that’s another box ticked.’
